Match the model number printed on the device (Settings → About, or on the back) before ordering.
The iPhone 14 Pro board is one of the densest Apple has made, and when it's damaged beyond trace repair, the options narrow quickly. This CNC-machined donor board for the 14 Pro lets you rebuild instead of giving up on the phone or its data.
It's available as an upper layer without NAND, or a lower layer in US or EU versions. Treat it as a donor PCB, not a drop-in motherboard.
Shorts inside the layers that can't be isolated.
Severe corrosion around the processor area.
Board warped by excessive heat.
Traces lost during earlier repair attempts.
Expect to need a stereo microscope, a good preheater, fine hot air nozzles and stencils for each chip you move. Study the board view and plan the order of transfers before you begin.
Match the lower-layer region to the phone. After rejoining, power the board from a bench supply and watch the current before connecting a battery. A slow, steady rise to a normal boot pattern is what you want; any sudden jump means stopping and checking the last transfer before going further.
