Prices

Prices are in US dollars. Volume prices apply per product line at the listed quantities. The total shown at the last checkout step, including shipping, is the amount charged. No sales tax is added at checkout; import duties are the buyer's responsibility.

Orders

An order is placed when you confirm the last checkout step and you receive an order number. Orders paid by bank transfer ship after the payment arrives.

Compatibility lists are provided per product. Check the model number of your device before ordering.

Returns

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items that arrive defective (dead on arrival) must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Parts carry a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Returns must be authorised before they are sent; see Shipping & returns for the process.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused parts in their original packaging, with all accessories.
• Screens and displays must be returned with the protective film intact and must not have been installed with adhesive or glue.
• Flex cables, connectors and ICs must be unbent, unsoldered and free of heat or tool marks.
• For change-of-mind returns the buyer pays return shipping. If we sent a wrong or defective item, we cover the return shipping or send a replacement.
• Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is caused by our error or a defect.

Dead on arrival and warranty

Test parts before final installation. If an item does not work on arrival, report it within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos or a video of the fault. Approved DOA items are replaced or refunded, including return shipping.

Parts are covered for 90 days from delivery against manufacturing defects under normal use. Covered items are repaired, replaced or refunded at our choice. Not covered: physical damage, cracks or pressure marks after delivery; liquid damage, corrosion or burn marks; damage from installation, soldering, heat or incorrect tools; screens installed with glue or with the protective film removed and then returned as unused; normal wear of tools and consumables.

Liability

• Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profit, lost data or downtime), or for damage caused by installation, soldering or use with an incompatible device.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly; unresolved disputes are subject to the competent courts of Shenzhen, China, unless the law of your country gives you a different right.
