How to choose gimbal parts

PTZ signal cable. The flat cable through the gimbal is a common wear part after crashes – listings name the model and cable type.
Lens glass and frames fix scratched or cracked front glass without replacing the camera.
Test tools. Gimbal signal cable test boards let you check a camera or cable before installing it.

What does "gimbal motor overload" mean?
The gimbal cannot move freely – usually because of a damaged motor, bent arm, blocked movement or a faulty signal cable. Check for physical damage first.
What is a PTZ cable?
PTZ (pan-tilt-zoom) cable is the flat signal cable running through the gimbal that connects the camera to the drone's main board.
Do I need to calibrate after gimbal repair?
Yes, run gimbal calibration in the DJI app after replacing gimbal motors, the camera or the PTZ cable.
