The Galaxy S22 Ultra brought the Note line's built-in S Pen into the Galaxy S series, with a slot in the frame for the pen. That's one reason the frame matters on this repair: the screen comes pre-installed in a new frame, and frames for different regions differ slightly, so the version has to match your phone.

This aftermarket OLED screen and digitizer assembly comes in a new frame with a repair tool kit. Options are frame color (eight colors), frame version (US or EU) and panel size (6.78 or 6.67 inches). It doesn't fit the S22 or S22+.

When the S22 Ultra screen assembly is needed

It replaces a cracked or shattered screen, a display with lines or black areas, a screen that stays dark while the phone runs, and touch that is unresponsive or erratic, all in one part, without separating the old screen from its frame.

Choose the US or EU frame to match your model number shown under Settings > About phone. The 6.78-inch panel is closer to the original 6.8-inch visible area; the 6.67-inch option is smaller and costs less. Test the screen before transferring parts, and after the repair re-register fingerprints.

With the right version, the S22 Ultra gets a fresh screen and frame in one repair.

Which phones does this screen fit?

Only the Galaxy S22 Ultra (SM-S908 models listed in the specs). It doesn't fit the S22 (SM-S901) or S22+ (SM-S906).

What is the difference between the 6.78-inch and 6.67-inch options?

It's the active size of the replacement panel. The 6.78-inch option is closer to the original 6.8-inch visible area; the 6.67-inch option is slightly smaller and costs less.

Yes. Connect it to the phone and check display, touch and fingerprint before removing protective film or gluing anything. Don't bend the display flex more than 90 degrees, as a sharp bend can leave the screen black.
