SUGON 8620DX Pro Hot Air Gun

Lifting a large shield or a laptop chip takes volume of air as well as temperature. The SUGON 8620DX Pro is a 1300 W station with airflow up to 91 L/min across 200 levels and a 100–500°C range.

When the extra airflow helps

Using the range

High airflow scatters small parts, so keep it low near capacitors and resistors. Raise it only for large chips and shields, and preheat the board gently first to avoid thermal shock.

Hold the handle 2 to 3 cm from the part and move it in small circles. Test new settings on scrap boards before customer work, and clean the nozzles and vents regularly. The listing only gives carton sizes, so measure your bench space against the photos.
