iPhone 16 Earpiece Speaker with WiFi Flex Cable (US Version)

US and international iPhone 16 models are built differently inside. The US versions, for example, are eSIM-only and have no physical SIM tray. Some top-of-phone parts are therefore sold per region, and this earpiece assembly is the US one. Ordering the wrong version is the most common mistake with it.

This earpiece speaker with WiFi flex cable fits the US version of the iPhone 16. It's sold as aftermarket, since the listing names no quality grade.

How to tell a US iPhone 16

No SIM tray on the side of the frame is the quickest giveaway. To be certain, open Settings, General, About and tap the model number to see the A-number, then compare it with the US model listing.

When the US iPhone 16 assembly is needed

• Calls are quiet, muffled or crackling.

• The earpiece is dead after a drop.

• The flex was damaged in an earlier repair.

• Wi-Fi trouble started after work at the top of the phone.

Disconnect the battery first and avoid bending or creasing the flex. After fitting, test both call audio and Wi-Fi.

With the correct version installed, the iPhone 16 gets clear calls back and a top flex in good condition.
