Which quality should I choose?

OEM Refurb is an original Apple display refurbished with new glass and bezel. Soft OLED and Hard OLED are aftermarket OLED assemblies, with a flexible or rigid panel. Incell is an aftermarket LCD-based assembly and the lowest-cost option.

Does one screen fit all iPhone 15 models?

No. Each model uses its own screen. Check the model number in Settings > General > About and select it in the options.

Will True Tone work after the replacement?

True Tone depends on display data paired to the original screen. Transferring that data with a programmer is the usual workshop method to restore it.

Will my iPhone show a message about the display?

On iPhone 12 and later, Parts and Service History may list the display as Unknown when it isn't a genuine Apple part or hasn't been verified. Apple states this doesn't affect normal use.
