iPad 10 (2022) Touch Screen Digitizer

The iPad 10 moved to a 10.9-inch design with USB-C and a front camera along the long edge. It also kept a front built in layers, with touch glass over a separate display panel. That keeps a common accident affordable: when only the glass breaks, only the glass needs replacing.

This aftermarket touch screen digitizer is the front glass and touch layer for the 10.9-inch iPad 10, in Black or White. The LCD is not included.

Is the glass what you need?

• The glass is cracked, but the picture below is clean and bright.

• Some areas no longer respond to taps, or the iPad registers ghost touches.

• The edge is chipped or lifting, letting dust in under the glass.

If the picture itself shows lines or blotches, the display panel is damaged too and needs its own part. Check the model number on the back against A2696, A2757, A2777 and A3162 before ordering. The glass is bonded with adhesive and has to be heated and lifted with picks, and the front camera and display cable sit close to the edges, so go slowly there.

Replacing just the cracked glass is one of the most cost-effective iPad repairs and keeps a recent tablet in daily use.
