Start with the cheapest fix

Clean the glass first and test again. If marks remain and sit on the outer glass, the glass option is usually enough. Only move to the camera lens if images stay soft or distorted across the frame after the glass is replaced.

Handle every optical surface by its edges in a clean, dust-free area. Afterward, shoot test images against a bright sky and check focus at the center and corners. The glass and frame are cheap enough to keep as spares for an older drone.
